It strengthens members’ institutional provision for the professional development of researchers through research and innovation, training and resources, events, consultancy and membership.

Vitae and ICoRSA have joined forces in many activities. From being partners in Horizon projects, to participating in same events, supporting each other organisation and endeavour to enhance researchers and research careers. Vitae support the UK Research Staff Association which is one of the first members of ICoRSA.
