Vitae strengthens members’ institutional provision for the professional development of researchers through research and innovation, training and resources, events, consultancy and membership.

Vitae and ICoRSA have joined forces in many activities. From being partners in Horizon projects, to participating in same events, supporting each other organisation and endeavour to enhance researchers and research careers. Vitae support the UK Research Staff Association which is one of the first members of ICoRSA.

 

 

Eurodoc is the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers. Eurodoc’s objectives are to represent doctoral candidates and junior researchers at the European level in matters of education, research, and professional development of their careers.

Eurodoc and ICoRSA have a signed Memorandum of Understanding which recognise the differences and similar goals and interests that exist between both organisations. This MoU defines the ways and channels how to support each other.

Eurodoc and ICoRSA are consortium partners in 2 Horizon projects.

MCAA members have in common to benefit or have benefitted from an MSCA funding, therefore sharing a strong background in research, but their career paths are diverse and touch all economic sectors. The vibrant MCAA community brings together all career stages from all scientific disciplines, encouraging networking and cooperation, making the MCAA a forum of debate between researchers and with the society. The MCAA is a major platform for researchers to contribute to shaping science policy in Europe, providing career development opportunities and supporting the wider research community on topics affecting research and researchers’ lives.

The Young Academy of Europe is organised as a bottom-up initiative of a dynamic and innovative group of recognised European young scholars with outspoken views about science and science policy. YAE provides input and advice from a younger generation’s perspective – a vital input to shape EU-wide policy for the benefit of future European scholars.

Since September 2022, ICoRSA is an official member of the International Science Council in the capacity of an affiliated member of the ISC.

 

The RESAVER Pension Fund is a pan-European pension solution for research organisations and their employees. ICoRSA has been a Consortium member of RESAVER since 2019.

Since June 2022, ICoRSA is an “NGO in official partnership with UNESCO (consultative status)”
