COST, the European programme supporting interdisciplinary research networks, has launched a Cross-Cutting Activity on Career Development for Young Researchers, co-chaired by EURODOC Vice-President Nicola Dengo and Joanna Rutkowska.
This initiative brings together researchers, career development professionals, and key stakeholder organisations—including ICoRSA—to foster the growth and sustainability of early-career research careers. Through the creation of a vibrant community of practice, the network aims to identify, share, and promote examples of good practice in training, mentoring, and human resources strategies across Europe.
Its ultimate goal is to enhance career development opportunities and long-term prospects for young researchers and innovators.
Duration: December 2024 – November 2026
